Introduction
1. IDAZ09 Trademark and Brand Guidelines to manage and protect the value of the brand.
2. By using any of the IDAZ09 brand assets, you expressly consent to be bound by these guidelines.
3. Criminal liability under the Trade Marks Act, it is offence to
  1. unauthorised use as
    1. identify the appropriate starting point; or
    2. consider the effect of aggravating and mitigating factors;
  2. alter or remove a trademark, knowing it is a registered trade mark;
  3. make a die, block, machine or instrument that can help in falsifying or removing a trade mark; and
  4. sell, possess, distibutte or import a good, knowing that the trademark has been falsified or remove.
4. If we discover that you have used our trademark in contravention of the licence set out in this notice, we may bring legal proceedings against you, seeking monetary damages and/or an injunction to stop you using those materials. You could also be ordered to pay legal costs.

IDAZ09 logo, text and icon usage
1. Do not use the full any IDAZ09 logo or text under any circumstances.
2. Do not alter the IDAZ09 icon in any way, including changing the colours, angle, or dimensions.
Prohibited to use
1. You must not incorporate any of the IDAZ09 brand assets, or variations of them, into your own:
  1. product features;
  2. product names;
  3. service names;
  4. trademarks;
  5. logos;
  6. company names;
  7. domain names; or
  8. social media account or username in connection with:
    1. Google AdWords;
    2. AdWords Express;
    3. BingAds;
    4. Twitter;
    5. Facebook;
    6. Yahoo;
    7. Instagram; or
    8. any other similar online advertising service
  unless otherwise permitted by the IDAZ09 Authority.
2. You must not be:
  1. any IDAZ09 logo or text unless you have an agreement with or express written consent from IDAZ09 authorising such use.
  2. false or misleading in any way.
  3. in violation of any applicable law, municipal ordinance, or administrative agency regulation of any country.
3. You must not adopt marks, logos, or any other features that are confusingly similar to the IDAZ09 brand assets, and you must not market any product or service under a name that is confusingly similar to IDAZ09 products.
4. You must not copy or imitate the IDAZ09 Authority dress, or other identifiable and unique visual elements of the IDAZ09 brand assets or any website address, including but not limited to:
  1. the colour;
  2. combinations;
  3. graphics;
  4. sounds;
  5. imagery;
  6. presence icons;
  7. typefaces; or
  8. stylisation used by IDAZ09 or anything similar thereto.
5. You must not use the IDAZ09 brand assets in relation to products or services or on website that may be considered:
  1. sexually explicit;
  2. vulgar profone;
  3. offensive;
  4. obscene;
  5. defamatory;
  6. libelous;
  7. slanderous;
  8. religiouslu or racially offiensive;
  9. libelous;
  10. slanderous;
  11. religiously;
  12. racially offensive;
  13. promoting hate towards:
    1. individuals; or
    2. groups;
  14. that violates any applicable laws;
  or otherwise unlawful.
6. You must not use any IDAZ09 brand assets in any way that expresses or implies
  1. affiliation;
  2. association;
  3. endorsement;
  4. certification; or
  5. approval with or by IDAZ09 Authority.
7. You must not use any IDAZ09 trademark as a keyword or search term in or for search advertisements.
8. If we discover that you have used our trademark in contravention of the licence set out in this notice, we may bring legal proceedings against you, seeking monetary damages and/or an injunction to stop you using those materials. You could also be ordered to pay legal costs.
Use of the name "IDAZ09" in copy
1. Follow the IDAZ09 Trademark and Brand Guidelines. Avoid using any logo, text, tagline, or other features of the IDAZ09 brand assets in copy.
2. Use the IDAZ09 names only as an adjective or proper noun, not as a verb.
Website that offer lessons
1. No other uses are allowed unless permitted under these guidelines.
2. Section 3.6.
3. IDAZ09 may withdraw the right to use the IDAZ09 name where, in its sole discretion, it deems that such use may have a detrimental effect on the IDAZ09 brand.
School reports and projects
1. You may use images of IDA09 products in reports for school or college or university. if the images contained third-party content (e.g. third-party logos, photos, etc.) then you may need additional permission from the third party to use such content.
2. It these projects may be published, you must get permission by contacting Section 10 before using any of the IDAZ09 brand assets or images.
Publications, seminars, and conferences
1. Refer to the Terms and Conditions of Use.
2. Do not use the IDAZ09 name as the leading words or most prominent element in your publication, seminar or conference title.
Use by Developers
1. You must not:
  1. call your application IDAZ09;
  2. use or any IDAZ09:
    1. logo;
    2. text; or
    3. icon.
2. You must regularly monitor these websites to ensure your use conforms to any guidelines or terms.
3. You must not imply a IDAZ09 partnership with or sponsorship of your product.
4. You must comply with these guidelines.
Misuse of IDAZ09 Trademark by others
1. If you learn of any uses of any logos, texts, icons, or images that are confusingly similar to the IDAZ09 Trademarks, please notify IDAZ09 by reporting us.
2. Similarly, if you become aware of any use of a IDAZ09 Trademark that violates any of the rules described above, including failure to identify IDAZ09 Trademarks as belonging to IDAZ09 Corporation, please notify us. If possible, please provide a copy of the article or other medium in which the trademark violation appeared.
